Is AdMobWise safe to use with my AdMob account?

Yes, absolutely. AdMobWise uses the official Google AdMob API for read-only access to your reporting data. We never store your Google credentials on our servers, and your data remains private and secure.

How often are the earnings updated?

Revenue and performance data are fetched directly from AdMob in real-time. However, please note that AdMob itself may have slight delays in reporting finalized earnings for the current hour.

Can I track multiple AdMob accounts?

Currently, AdMobWise supports one AdMob account per login. If you manage multiple accounts, you will need to sign in/out or contact support for enterprise solutions.

Why am I seeing a revenue discrepancy?

Discrepancies can occur due to timezone differences between the app and the AdMob console. AdMobWise allows you to adjust your timezone settings within the app settings to match your console reporting.

Data Not Loading?

If your dashboard is not displaying data, please try the following steps:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Check if your AdMob API access is still active and authorized.
  • Try refreshing the data manually from the app dashboard.
  • Check for app updates in the Google Play Store.

Missing Revenue Alerts?

If you are not receiving alerts:

  • Verify that "Notifications" are enabled in your phone's system settings.
  • Check the alert thresholds in the AdMobWise settings menu.
  • Ensure your device is not in "Battery Saver" mode, which might block background fetches.
